In recognition of the need for providing quality education to students of Konkan Region, a group of eminent individuals established Sahajeevan Shikshan Sanstha on 3^rd Jan. 1969 with a motto “In the service of nation’s upliftment” i.e. “Rashtrodhhararth Sevamahe”.

True to its objectives, Sahajeevan Shiksan Sanstha led by Shri. Hirachand Butala has contributed immensely in providing education to every strata of society in Konkan region since its inception. Today the trust runs several prominent educational institutions including a Primary and Secondary School, a Junior College, an Arts, Science and Commerce College, a Centre for Management and Information Technology and an Institute of Business Management having more than 5000 students annually.

Madanbhai Sura Institute of Business Management is an AICTE approved, DTE and Govt. of Maharashtra Recognized and Mumbai University affiliated post graduate management institute offering 2 year full-time Master of Management Studies (MMS) program of Mumbai University in the specializations - Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Operations and IT Systems.
